The All Night Party committee would like to welcome parents of new and returning students to a new school year at Franklin High School.  Whether your son or daughter is a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior the All Night Party committee needs you now.  Your involvement contributes to the support of the present senior class and guarantees the continuation of this tradition for your future senior.  This tradition was started in 1990 and is a gift to all Seniors in celebration of their high school year.  The graduates enjoy a fun-filled night that includes games, prizes and best of all the transformation of the high school into a magical place.  It takes the hard work of many volunteers and the support of the school community and business partnerships to make this event a success.  The party takes place at the high school on graduation night from 11 pm to 5am.   This year’s All Night Party will be on Friday June 4th.

Below is a list of volunteer opportunities. Please email us tell us what volunteer group you would like to join.  Volunteer opportunities are available with commitments of as little as 2 hours.    

Decorating Crew Chief __________ Crew Member: ____________

Preparation begins in January whether you are a creative person or not there are plenty of jobs for everyone.  This is one of the more time consuming groups but it is a great feeling to be part of the magical transformation

Decorating Set-Up __________

No senior parents as this happens the day of graduation.  Decorating begins right after school and continues through early evening.  We will gladly take any time that you can offer.

Chaperones _______

Monitor specified areas within the high school during the All Night Party.  Shifts are 11:30 -1:30 or 1:30 – 3:30

Fundraising: ___________

 Mailing to local businesses; meet one evening to help stuff envelopes, put on labels and stamps

Bottle and Can Drive - usually 3 over the course of the school year held on a Saturday from 8-1 in FHS Parking Lot.

Roche Bros receipt collection – takes place the Wednesday before Easter from 4:30 - 7  

Food ___________

Help pick up donations day of party or, help in kitchen/ serve food night of party

Prizes _________

Help shop for prizes over the course of the year, Set up of store early evening night of the Party or Work at store night of party Shifts at store are 12-2 or 1:30-3 – the students win panther cash when they participate in games which they use to purchase prizes at store.  The more games you participate in the more cash and the larger the prize you can purchase.

Strapping: __________

(requires use of ladders and power tools) Takes place one evening the week of the party.  Approximately 2 hours of your time is needed.

Clean-Up _________

Clean up starts immediately after the party at 5:00 am.  Takes approximately 3 hours.

Help make phone calls to senior parents as needed
