FHS All Night Party
Guidelines 2012
All 2012 graduates are invited to the All Night Party held on June 1, 2012 graduation night. The All Night Party will start at 11p.m. on June 1, 2012, with check in at the field house lobby, and end at 5a.m. on June 2, 2012.
· The deadline for admittance to the party is 11:30p.m.
· Students should park in the student parking area to the left of the high school.
· The only entrance and exit from the building must be through the field house lobby.
· An ID badge must be obtained at the check in area before moving to other areas of the building.
· No beverages of any kind can be brought into the building. Food and beverages will be provided throughout the night.
· Alcoholic beverages, smoking and drugs of any kind are not allowed anywhere on school property. Any behavior problems will be dealt with by a phone call to parents and police. School event policies apply to the All Night Party.
· After arrival to the field house lobby anyone who leaves will not be readmitted.
· Remember to bring your camera and yearbook. No backpacks are permitted. Individual bags are designated in the cafeteria to store personal belongings.
· Parents who have made the requested donation and whose child does not come to the ANP by 11:30 p.m. will receive a phone call from an ANP Representative around midnight.
· Graduates who need to go home earlier than 5a.m. may leave the party by approaching any chaperone who will take them through the appropriate procedures set up for this purpose. A phone call will be made to parents to let them know the student will be leaving. The Franklin Police advise: Drivers 17 years of age and under, or drivers who have been driving for one year or less, may not operate a motor vehicle between the hours of midnight and 4 a.m. unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
· In case of an emergency, the high school phone will be manned for incoming calls at (508)528-5600.
