Decorating- Catch the All Night Party excitement by helping to create it! The decorations are probably the most memorable part of the All Night Party for the seniors. There are lots of opportunities to get involved with decorating, everything from taking responsibility for a section of the hallway, working on a decorating crew, or helping out the day of graduation. The decorations are all built ahead of time by decorating crews and transported to the school the day of graduation and put up. If you have a group of friends or neighbors who would like to form a crew and take a section we’d love to have you. If you are interested in taking charge of a section we will help you find a crew. If you want to work on a crew we can help. We can provide decorating ideas, or you can let your imaginations run wild. We also need volunteers to come in the day of graduation to help put up the decorations, so that senior parents can attend their student’s graduation. For more information or to volunteer to help out please email Paula Coughlin

OPEN POSITION Fundraising-

This position is currently open - please email us for more information.  We need volunteers to help with our 4 main fundraising events between Sept-May. We hold (3) bottle and can drives in the FHS parking lot each year and one fundraiser at Roche Bros Supermarket in Millis in early spring. We also do a mailing to community businesses in January and need help stuffing envelopes. All of our events welcome students needing community service hours.   All fundraising dates are set up by phone call, contacts already in place. For more information, or to volunteer contact Suzanne Walsh.

Clean-up- This is a great way for early birds to catch the All Night Party excitement! Plan to come a few minutes early and walk through the school to see the decorations before they come down. Clean-up starts at 5am. This takes about 3 hours and involves tearing down the decorations, returning the school to normal and helping to store some of the decorations in our container. For more information or to help please contact Annette Cormier

Phone Chain- This committee works as a support committee for other committees and involves making phone calls at various times during the year. For more information or to volunteer email Tricia Held

Food- The food committee is responsible for soliciting food and paper product donations from local business establishments and restaurants. Volunteers are needed to help make phone calls prior to the All Night Party. They are also needed on the night of the event to serve food to the senior graduates and staff the juice bar from 11pm-5am. If you would like to be part of the All Night Party and don’t have a lot of time to offer, this may be the committee for you. Become a part of the All Night Party excitement. You won’t regret it. If you would like to volunteer for this committee, please contact Gail Colace or Linda Kelley

Chaperones- This job requires a small time commitment the night of the All Night Party, a willingness to accept the assigned hours, and a fabulous opportunity to observe the workings of the Party and help at the same time. This is the perfect job to do with a friend or spouse and a wonderful introduction for parents of underclassmen and new volunteers to the All Night Party. During the 2 hour shift between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00a.m. the night of the Party you may be assigned to assist with the games, monitor the doorways, or facilitate dismissals, at the same time enjoying the environment and watching the graduates have fun. If you wish to sign up as a volunteer to chaperone or have any questions, please contact Linda Wright orKatie McNiece

Strapping- volunteers are needed to help hang strapping in the hallway the night before graduation. This requires about a 2-hour time commitment. The decorations are attached to the strapping the afternoon of the party. To volunteer, contact Paula Coughlin.
